    Product Description

     

    Tungsten carbide welding rods or YD electrode are sintered from tungsten carbide waste and elastic matrix alloy.Special flux and color mark the waste grade, CO and WC are the main components of sintered tungsten carbide, and the hardness is HRA 89-91.The matrix is made of nickel-copper alloy with tensile strength up to 690MPa and hardness HB≥160.

    Cemented carbide or cemented carbide powder was prepared by sintering nickel/silver/copper alloy.Cemented carbide or cemented carbide fracture particles have good wear resistance and cutting performance.Hard alloys with sharp edges can be used for cutting conditions, and hard alloys with slightly blunt edges can also be used for cutting.
