    Product Description

     

    Tungsten Carbide Welding Rod is made of cemented carbide/crushed carbide and Ni/Ag(Cu) alloy. The cemented carbide/crushed carbide with sharp edged has excellent wear resistance and cutting ability. According to different working conditions, both sharp edged and dull edged carbide are used, the former is used to cut rocks and drop out bits, while the latter is used in places where excellent wear resistance is required, such as centralizer. The coating provides an outstanding cutting property and wear resistance. Typically used in down hole tools, such as reamer, hole opener, milling tools, fishing tools and centralizer.

    YD type Carbide Welding Rod is made of a mixture of granular sintered cemented carbide and elasticized carcass alloy.A special layer of flux is applied and colored to identify the particle size. The sintered cemented carbide particles are mainly cobalt-containing tungsten carbide, and its hardness is HRA89-91; the carcass metal is "nickel-copper"alloy, the tensile strength is 690 MPa, and the hardness is HB2160.
