    Introduction

     

    YD type tungsten carbide welding rod is composed of sintered carbide and elastomer alloy.A special flux layer is applied and colored to determine particle size.Sintered carbide particles are mainly cobalt-bearing tungsten carbide with hardness of hra89-91.The matrix metal is "nickel-copper" alloy with tensile strength of 690mpa and hardness of HB≥160.

    Cemented carbide or cemented carbide powder was prepared by sintering nickel/silver/copper alloy.Cemented carbide or cemented carbide fracture particles have good wear resistance and cutting performance.Hard alloys with sharp edges can be used for cutting conditions, and hard alloys with slightly blunt edges can also be used for cutting.
